  • How soon should I schedule my event/order?

    We mostly schedule our events and balloons orders on a first-come-first-serve basis. Some balloon colors are special orders and will need additional time to place your balloon order. Placing your order as soon as possible allows us to ensure we have inventory, or a close alternate, for your request. It is our priority to provide quality and exceptional customer service which allows us to be flexible. We will be able to provide better service for you by letting us know your order at least 2 (two) weeks in advance. For bigger events we require at least 3 (three) months in advance.

  • Can my balloons be customized?

    Absolutely, we love to customize our balloons as best as we can to provide our customers with the best service possible. Please let us know of any personalization

  • What is the cost for your services?

    It all depends on the complexity and the volume of your inquiry. Our prices include the time it takes to create your design, and/or the installation required for your order.

  • What is the delivery fee

    It all depends on where we are delivering to. Please let us know you want your items delivered and we will include pricing in your quote.

  • Do YOu do pick up orders?

    Yes! We are located in Paradise Valley Village area (Tatum and Bell). If you are picking-up we ask that you come with a vehicle with enough space to carry your order. We recommend an SUV but not all orders will require it.

  • What type of balloons do you use?

    Our latex balloons are biodegradable which means they oxidize over time, especially when exposed to sun and heat. You can recycle all latex balloons once you are ready! Our foil balloons are not biodegradable but you can recycle them and can also be reused.

  • How long do balloons last?

    We use the best quality balloons available in the market. However, because of the fragile nature of balloons, the longevity of the balloons depends on the surrounding environment conditions. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an specific time when the balloons are being used, specifically outdoors.

    Note: we are not responsible for the condition of balloons after they have been handed over in good condition. This includes but not limited to: damage, leakage, burst, improperly handled/transported/stored items, exposure to HEAT or COLD temperatures, exposure to outdoor elements, sharp edge items, etc.

  • what if my balloons pop?

    We cannot guarantee that your balloons will not pop! Once our installations are up, delivered or you have picked them up, we are no longer responsible.
